Timothy Lutheran Church' s Worship Reservation

We are excited to return to in person worship and to be refreshed by our coming together. Yet, we desire to do so in a responsible and safe way. Livestream worship services will continue to be offered for the foreseeable future. However, if you would like to come back to in person worship at this time we are asking everyone to:

1. We now are permitting 20 households per service.

2. We encourage all attenders to wear a facemask AND maintain a six foot distance from all other attenders. Please let the church office know if you will be needing a face mask.

3. Sit only in designated pews.

4. Stay home if you:

* are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (elevated temperature, fever, cough, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath),

* have been exposed to a family member or co-worker who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past two weeks,

* are a health care worker with direct care of COVID-19 patients, or

* have travelled by airplane in the last two weeks.

5. We encourage you to give your offering through "no touch" methods online or to mail it in. We will not pass an offering plate, but will have one out to give your offering before the service.

6. There will be no nursery and no kids' activity bags. Children are still very welcome to attend worship!

7. There will be no printed bulletin or hymnals. Everything will be projected on the front wall.

8. After the service ends, do not gather inside the building.

9. An abbreviated service of Holy Communion will be offered immediately after the livestream service ends. Directions will be given in person.

10. Bible classes will continue to be held via Zoom www.timothystl.org/bibleclass (http://timothystl.org/bibleclass)

* Sunday - 9:30 am

* Wednesday - 6:30 pm

* Thursday - 10:00 am

In the same way that we adjusted after we began livestreaming our worship, we will likely be adjusting many of these practices as we begin returning to in person worship to be refreshed by one another and the Lord.
